What belongs in a correction
Tell us the page or lesson name, the sentence or source-card field that needs review, and a public source or general explanation of the concern. A URL or access date is useful. Please keep the report at the level needed to locate and assess the issue.
What not to send
Do not send family records, private photos, full names or birth dates of living people, addresses, IDs, DNA data, account credentials, private tree links, or material you do not have permission to share. Redact incidental sensitive information before contacting the team.

Compare the source
A human reviewer checks the claim, rights basis, wording, and linked source before changing a lesson.
Show the correction
Record the version, review date, issue, resolution, and any changed source card. High-severity issues pause the affected path.
